Capsicum-fried potatoes

Materials
Capsicum - 1 stars
Potatoes - two (medium)
Raw pepper - two (cut into strips)
Ginger - 1 inch cubes of chopped (about 1 teaspoon)
Garlic - 1½ tsp
Chopped onion - 1 tablespoon
Cumin seed - 1½ tsp
Coriander powder - 1½ tsp
Chili powder - 1/4 tsp
II am red pepper (sliced in the middle)
Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon (choice, do not take well to see if the yellow ones)
Oil - 1½ cups (or amount)
Chopped coriander - 1 tablespoon
Salt and pepper to taste
Of the water (very little)


Method of
Cut the potatoes into 1-inch tall. Light and salt to boil in hot water. See a lot of small pieces of potato and Capsicum.

First, cumin seed oil in containers one by one, then-chopped onion, red pepper, ginger, garlic.
